The Big Bird Industrial Stator/Rotor High-Pressure Cleaning System is developed for post-machining cleaning of stator and rotor components used in commercial vehicle transmission retarder systems. The system removes machining chips, graphite particles, iron powder, and cutting fluid residues before final assembly and supports mixed-model production for multiple workpiece variants.
The equipment is provided as a turnkey solution including design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning.
