The Big Bird Industrial Cylinder Head Robotic Cleaning System is developed for post-machining cleaning of cylinder heads used in heavy-duty diesel engine manufacturing. The system removes machining residues before final assembly and supports full automatic mixed-model production without manual changeover.

The equipment is provided as a turnkey solution including design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning.
