Detecting diverse workpieces
Multiple parts such as valve body, cylinder body, sleeve, motor core, housing, etc. are inspected, supporting robot probe holding and machining center forms.
Device Description
By using a high-speed rotating laser lens (12000 revolutions per minute), defects such as scratches, bumps, and sand holes are detected on the inner wall of the hole. This form of detection has obvious advantages, especially for narrow holes (with a minimum hole diameter of 4mm and an accuracy of 0.3mm). Laser can replace light sources for perfect imaging, and with a dedicated detection algorithm, the defect detection effect on the inner wall of the hole is excellent, with high detection accuracy and resistance to light interference.
