"Soaring" is derived from the line in Chuang-Tzu:'s "Free and Easy Wandering" that reads, "A great roc rises with the wind in a single day, soaring upward ninety thousand miles on the whirling gusts.", perfectly echoing the company's name and its development aspirations, embodying the company's ambition to scale new heights and forge ahead with confidence. The current workshop office building in the South Factory of Songbei District is space-constrained, and some employees and CN ISEE personnel are scattered in the old factory buildings in Limin Development Zone. To break through the development bottleneck and optimize the office and production layout, Big Bird Industrial has initiated the construction of the second phase project, with a total investment of nearly 120 million yuan and a total construction area of 12,167.95 square meters. The project plans to build a research and development center, a comprehensive office building, and standardized processing workshops, integrating multiple functions such as office, research and development, production, and supporting facilities, to create a modern industrial carrier that is intensive, efficient, intelligent, and convenient.

Particularly worth noting is that the "Machine Vision Detection Equipment R&D Center Project" in the second phase of the project is led and implemented by CN ISEE. It will establish a high-level machine vision research institute and recruit high-end talents with doctoral degrees. The recruitment will not only be conducted in Harbin but also extend to innovation hubs such as Beijing, the Yangtze River Delta, and the Pearl River Delta. The R&D center will closely collaborate with Harbin Institute of Technology to provide solid technical support for the company's "All in AI" strategy.

The project construction has been accelerated, with a clear and definite schedule. The second phase is scheduled to be fully completed by August 30th and officially put into use by the end of the year.
