For us at Harbin Shimada Big Bird Industrial Co., Ltd., the importance of camshafts and crankshafts in automotive engineering cannot be overstated. It is these components that manage the engine’s timing and the change of linear motion into rotary motion. Certain components of an engine have specific cleaning requirements which is why we have developed customized systems to maintain our clients cleaning systems so that they work at optimal levels. The cleaning systems we developed use advanced technology including ultrasonic and high-pressure washing systems to extract the most difficult contaminants. To make things easier and more complaisant to the environment, we have developed cleaning detergents to work in conjunction with our systems. Of the more that 400 personnel in the company, most have the responsibility of handling the advanced quality inspection equipment so that each and every part that is put back into the production line is of the highest quality.
