Strengthening Safety Lines and Commending Advanced Models - The Award Ceremony of the Production Department's All-Staff Safety Enhancement Special Campaign Concluded Successfully

The Year of the Snake bid farewell to the old year, and the Year of the Horse welcomed the new. On the last working day before the Spring Festival of 2026, Harbin Shimada Big Bird Industrial Co., Ltd. grandly held the award ceremony for the safety improvement special action of all production department staff. The event comprehensively summarized the achievements of the two-month safety improvement work, commended the outstanding individuals and teams that emerged during the activity, consolidated the safety consensus of all staff, and jointly built a safe production defense line.



This special campaign, themed "Strengthening Safety Lines and Consolidating the Foundation of Responsibility," was launched on November 5, 2025. All employees of the production department actively participated and worked with full commitment. They advanced the five core tasks of safety training, safety quizzes, hazard identification, online hazard "spotting," and emergency drills in a comprehensive manner, significantly enhancing the safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of all employees.

During the campaign, the production department conducted 22 safety training sessions, achieving full coverage of all employees. They innovatively implemented a multi-dimensional hazard identification system of "self-inspection by employees, inspection by leaders and mutual inspection by teams," ensuring no hazards were overlooked and no rectifications were delayed. For the first time, they utilized AI image generation technology to carry out online hazard "spotting" activities, enhancing employees' hazard identification skills in an engaging way. They also conducted practical emergency drills around scenarios such as equipment failures, forklift injuries, and mechanical injuries, improving the comprehensive emergency response capabilities and building a solid safety barrier for production.

To recognize the advanced and set benchmarks, the ceremony awarded five major prizes based on the campaign's assessment results: Learning Pioneers, Safety Skill Enhancement Individuals, Safety Pioneers, Safety Skill Enhancement Teams, and Safety Teams. Employees such as Xu Yinglin, Su Jiahui, and Zheng Linkun were honored as Learning Pioneers; Feng Weikang, Bai Xuefeng, Liu Liang, and Chen Haiping received Safety Skill Enhancement Individual Awards; Tan Zhen, Na Zheng, and Zhang Shuping were recognized as Safety Pioneers; the Machine Assembly Team, Office Team, and Cutting Team won Safety Skill Enhancement Team Awards; and the Cutting Team, with its outstanding performance of zero safety notifications and zero safety penalties, was awarded the Safety Team Award. Company leaders presented the awards to the winners one by one, acknowledging their outstanding contributions to safety work.

This award ceremony not only comprehensively summarized the achievements of the safety enhancement special campaign but also served as a re-mobilization and re-deployment for the new year's safety work.
