Effective immediately, the Company will officially operate under its new name:

The Company's name has been changed as follows:

The Company's securities abbreviation, Big Bird Industrial, and stock code 920091 remain unchanged.

The Company will use Big Bird Industrial as its primary brand name in its international business and communications.

2. Background and Significance of the Name Change

Founded in 2005, Harbin Big Bird Industrial has been dedicated to precision industrial cleaning and machine vision inspection throughout its development. Through continuous technological innovation and advanced manufacturing capabilities, the Company has grown into a leading provider of industrial precision cleaning solutions in China.

In November 2025, the Company was successfully listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange under stock code 920091.

The name change reflects the Company's current ownership structure and represents an important step toward establishing a clearer, more unified, and more recognizable corporate brand.

The removal of "Shimada" from the former corporate name allows the Company to further strengthen the independent identity of the Big Bird Industrial brand and create greater consistency between its corporate name, securities abbreviation, and international market identity.

Going forward, Big Bird Industrial will continue to focus on its core expertise in precision industrial cleaning while accelerating the development of machine vision inspection as a key growth area. The unified brand identity will support the Company's continued expansion into global markets and reinforce its commitment to providing advanced manufacturing solutions to customers worldwide.

3. What Remains Unchanged

This name change relates solely to the Company's corporate name. The following remain unchanged:

The Company's legal status remains continuous. All rights and obligations established under the former corporate name remain valid and are not affected by the name change.

All contracts, agreements, tender documents, commitments, purchase orders, and other legal or business documents previously executed under Harbin Shimada Big Bird Industrial Co., Ltd. remain valid.
